Theoreon products are designed to work together to provide users with the best possible vaping experience.While our cartomizers are compatible with Green Smoke batteries, we do recommend using Theoreon products exclusively for the finest enjoyment of our cartomizer system. Components and accessories from companies other than Green Smoke are not compatible, and attempting to use Theoreon's components and accessories with those of other companies may invalidate the warranty.All components in Theoreon pod vape system are to be used exclusively with Theo. Attempting to use Theoreon's Theo components and accessories with those of other pod vape companies may invalidate the warranty.

Nicotine by weight is the percentage of tobacco-derived nicotine that each enovape cartomizer/pod contains at the time of manufacture.

Theoreon products contain the purest tobacco-derived nicotine, USPG propylene glycol, USPG glycerol, and flavorings.

Pure Tobacco is a simple and straightforward tobacco blend with a smooth, full-bodied taste. Red Tobacco is a traditional tobacco blend with a bold, robust, and woody flavor.

When the cartomizer is empty, you will notice a marked decrease in the amount of vapor and flavor when you draw (inhale). You may also notice a slightly “burnt” taste.

Theoreon batteries are durable and are under limited warranty for up to a year after purchase. Additional replacements from the same battery purchase may be issued only within 3 months of the first replacement. If you experience problems with your battery within these time frames, please contact Customer Service at info@theoreon.com.

When the battery needs to be charged, its tip will blink a few times and will then cease to light up when you draw (inhale). You may experience decreased vapor and flavor output right before and/or as this occurs.

Our long battery charges in about 3.5 hours. The short battery takes less time to charge. Please note that, over time, all lithium ion batteries lose some of their charging capacity.

When the battery is charging, its tip will glow solidly red.

When the battery is fully charged, its tip will briefly flash green and then turn off.

Store the product in a clean, dry, cool place and clean with a dry cloth. Keep away from high temperatures, fire, or flames. Do not immerse in liquid for any reason and do not leave the product unattended where children or pets could gain access.

We guarantee the quality of our cartomizers. If you are unhappy with them, please contact Customer Service within 90 days of purchase.

The transparent finish of the pod allows visual gage of the liquid available. If the pod appears to be empty or you experience a slightly burnt taste, replace it with a new pod. For the best user experience, we recommend charging the device fully to align with the new pod.

Theoreon batteries are long-lasting and with proper care, can last up to 3 years. Please note that all lithium ion batteries will lose some of their charging capacity over time. If you experience problems with your device within 1 year of your purchase, please contact our Customer service at info@theoreon.com.

Charge longevity varies with each individual user’s inhalation habits, but a fully-charged device will hold its charge for approximately 750 draws based on a 2 second/drag duration.

When fully charged, the battery indicator light will be green. At around 60% charge remaining, the battery indicator light will turn from green to white. When the battery reaches 20% remaining the indicator light will change to red. When the battery is empty, the indicator light will flash red three times.

When the battery is connected to the charger and is charging, the indicator light will be illuminated in white. When the device has completed charging, the indicator light will flash green 20 times in fast succession.

Store the product in a clean, dry, cool place and clean with a dry cloth. Keep away from high temperatures, fire, or flames. Do not immerse in liquid for any reason and do not leave the product unattended where children or pets could gain access.

Bundle pricing only applies when the bundle itself is chosen as the purchase option, not by combining packs to equal the same amount of cartomizers. Bundles are pre-packaged; therefore, flavor varieties cannot be mixed.
